Worthing Sevens quad with CupCup Winners Again

So we finish the season on a high with more silverware, convincing winners over four of the top five Sussex sides (including the top two) and the second best side in Essex, scoring 26 tries in the process. Report and pictures.

Congratulations also to the U16s who helped the U17 side win the Plate.

A great way to end the Fifteens season

The Bromley match was another excellent game of entertaining rugby, once it got going, and a fine performance against good opposition. A great way to end the 15-a-side season. Well done everyone! Report.

Jig v DoverFrom the other side

Tom captured this beautifully surreal image on Wednesday night. Jig is usually a blur to us, but this is what it must be like to be Jig: with everyone else a blur as he rips past them!

Plate Winners at BrentwoodPlate Winners at the Golden Boot Festival

Cup Winners at the Kent TensU16s win the Kent Tens

The U16s went to Beckenham and won their pool matches against Sidcup and Ashford, took Dover to the cleaners in the quarter final, beat Westcombe Park in the semi with the last play of the match, and then won the cup final against arch-rivals Old Elthamians 3-0 with a last-minute drop-goal from Richard Verrall. Their supporters will need to lie down for a week and re-grow some fingernails. Congratulations to the lads and to coach Tony Ellis. Report and pictures.
